Journal of Physiotherapy is the official journal of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. The journal's mission is to publish significant research which has important implications for physiotherapy (also known as physical therapy).

The objective of the journal is to integrate the research of those who deal with the subject matter of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, adapted activity, and with all of those areas where the health of individual constitutes the paramount factor.
