This is a non-exhaustive list of internships available in the field of Kinesiology available throughout the US.

American Dance Festival Each summer, ADF offers internships in all areas of arts administration and production. Administrative internships provide hands-on experience for those interested in arts management. Production interns work on the crew for the 40-plus performances of the ADF season featured at Duke University’s Reynolds Industries Theater and the Durham Performing Arts Center in downtown Durham. All interns work in an invigorating arts environment, as an integral part of the ADF staff. Each intern plays an important role in carrying out the ADF’s mission to serve dance, dancers, choreographers, and artists in related fields.

CSUN Public Health Promotion Internship The Klotz Student Health Center offers health promotion internships, designed to help students gain hands-on experience in the field. Internship projects will be based on the individual student's interests and the goals and needs of the Klotz Student Health Center.
Dance Place Get hands-on experience in Arts Administration through an internship at Dance Place working in technical theater, dance production, arts administration, marketing, fundraising and youth development. Founded in 1980, Dance Place builds a community of artists, audiences and students through high quality performances, commissions, training and educational programs. We are committed to enriching the field of dance locally, nationally and internationally. Our thriving arts campus serves as an anchor in the development of our Brookland / Edgewood neighborhood in Washington, DC. Dance Place is seeking college students and recent graduates interested in learning how a thriving dance center operates from the inside out. The experience will enhance participants’ abilities to shape sustainable, creative careers. Interns are selected for specific departments including: technical theater, production, development, arts administration, marketing and youth development. Internships are available with housing provided, or if you are located in the DC area consider the non-housing option!
Equinox PT Internship Personal Trainer Internship - Los Angeles Overview Equinox Personal Trainers provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and exercise programming to each member to maximize the member’s health, fitness, and wellness goals while providing the highest level of customer service. Join us and discover a dynamic work environment built around helping others maximize their potential, where limitless opportunity is cultivated by the highest in industry standards across training, education, marketing, media and sales. We are currently accepting Personal Training Interns for our Los Angeles, CA area. Internship Program As an Equinox Personal Training Intern, you will be afforded the opportunity to shadow and learn from industry experts and leaders in our state-of-the-art facilities. Students will be taught by and work side-by-side with industry experts to gain hands-on experience and develop their health and fitness knowledge. At its core, this program is designed to enhance each student’s preexisting knowledge and turn it into real world practical experience. By the end of the internship, a student will understand what it takes to establish them self as Personal Trainer. Program Objective The program is targeted for students who want to supplement their training with relevant industry experience and a first-hand glimpse into their chosen career path. Students will be given the opportunity to participate in our in-house proprietary education program, Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI), along with Tier I, II, III, 3+ and 4 trainers. This in-depth curriculum will help to evaluate students based on their ability to learn quickly, perform, motivate and educate others. Throughout the program, students will also research presentations for our trainers, design and present client programs based on specific case studies, develop various testing batteries for special populations, and head-up and design a client recruitment event.
Magaram Center Internships The goal of the MMC Professional Experience Program is to provide real-world experiences for future nutrition professionals so that they may gain knowledge and practice skills.
Shape America Internship Program The SHAPE America Internship Program is committed to providing students with an opportunity to gain valuable comprehensive experience working in the various aspects of a professional national organization. SHAPE America offers a wide spectrum of programs, and will collaborate with the student and their institution to achieve a distinctive internship experience within the organization. SHAPE America internships are available year round.
