Step by step instructions
To add a host / transfer the booking to another library employee:
Follow the instructions for how to book a classroom
Once you've filled out all the required information, go to the "Host" field and click on the "More" link
In the "Requested for" field start typing the person's name. They should already have an account in RS and it will autofill their name and email address.
Check the "Send Email Notices" box and hit the submit button.
