Books on the American Indian Movement

The American Indian Movement or AIM, founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1968, was a civil rights organization that was critical to the Native American Civil Rights Movement. This movement encouraged self-determination and addressed treaty rights, spirituality, police harassment, and racism towards Native Americans. To learn more about AIM consider some of these titles.
