Includes over 85,000 titles in multiple subject areas. To download e-books, users must create a personal Ebrary account and download the free Adobe Digital Editions software. Compatible with most devices, including iPad, iPhone, eReaders, laptops, etc., but not Kindle. For instructions, consult the Help Guide.
The easiest way of accessing ebooks on ebook central is to either Read Online or download the PDF of the specific chapter you’re interested in.
When you open the ebook you have options on the left side to Read Online, Download Book, Add to Bookshelf, Share Link to Book, and Cite Book.
If you Read Online there are several options:
On the left side you can view Book Details, Table of Contents, view Annotations, or Search within the ebook.
On the top is the tools section where you can download, get the PDF, print, link, cite, annotate, bookmark, or go to a certain page.
On the left side is also the table of contents that is linked for easy access to the different chapters.
