There is no limit in the number of users that can access Science Direct books. You can also download these ebooks as chapter PDFs with no platform account necessary.
When you open a ScienceDirect (Elsevier) ebook, click on "By table of contents" under the "Browse this book" section to view it. You can download the entire book in PDF format.
Sometimes, it is much more effective to read the chapters that best suit your interests than to read the entire ebook. To do that, scroll down to the "Table of contents" section and type in the keywords you want to focus on in the search bar "Search in this book" to identify pages that meet your research needs. You can also download individual chapters.
